Best time to transform working style of Indian people under current govt.

Time has come to unite against biggest challenge – The Gravity.

Below point wise people participation will insure India become “Atma Nirbhar” and it Transform India in developed country within 10-12 Years.

1. Decentralize all municipal corporations and all other govt. dep’t in a small groups and put under local committee (min. 7 Members) driven by local area (societies with 1000 people and/or area separated by roads).
2. Allocate  one govt./Semi Govt. employee to this local area committee i.e. Police, Lawyer, Scientific Professional, security guards, sweepers, traffic  controller, food inspector, medical expert, Banker, Teacher, Soldier, electrician, accountant, engineer(civil, electrical, mechanical , IT, Computer etc. within society) etc.
3. All above category will work under both central/state govt. but they must report to their local authority as they are working for them only. And local committee will submit report to both govt.
4. Local committee shall be responsible & authorized for local area road development, eliminate corruption, fund management, cleanliness, peace & harmony, improvement/empowerment of locals, skill development, employment balance, health & wealth balance, encourage science, electricity/water  saving & the most is regular maintenance of above all etc.
5. Holy places within area shall be used to have a science library along with holy books. They shall be a laboratory where local science enthusiastic can work together to develop new technology driven appliances,  modify existing appliances for better performance,  Teach lower grade students, suggest better technical/commercial options to local committee etc.
6. Categorize each house based on total wealth they have and encourage them to help the society to take extra bourdon of the society to help poor’s to enable monthly common contribution.
7. Education made to be completely cost free up to std. 12 and same syllabus across country. School administration control taken by local area authority and children’s are require to study in their area school only that by transportation cost/traffic and time can be reduced.
8. Every Saturday can be made fun day at school to have interaction with teachers and parents (mother).
9. Every  Sunday(2 hours) can be made gathering/fun/cleanly day(min. 1 person from each house)
10. Weekend can be divided in two parts Wednesday second half and Sunday full day by extending working 9 hours.
11. Many more topics of all other working areas can be discussed together. Let us involve public to do their work efficiently/effectively. We have vision….

Today I feel that every society must have FIRST AID KIT with instruction on how to save a person’s life before medical aid arrive. We have rules for it in industries/bank/commercial building govt. Buildings but I didn’t heard, it is required except industries. On the other hand an apartment having 200+ children/pregnant mother/senior citizens.

Today (Sunday) in my neighbor’s appointment, an army person suffered a cardiac arrest (maybe), people called a 108 and waited. But no one goes near him. I go there and tried pumping his heart and he opened his eyes for few seconds. No one came forward/wanted to repeat the steps. In between someone canceled 108 and called a nearby private vehicle. This is another unfortunate. I mean to say people are selfish/don’t know what to handle such a critical situation/non initiating/afraid due to police and many more.

For AYUSHMAN BHARAT we are spending lots of money for curing but no initiate is taken for preventive measure that can save lives and money both. To fulfill intension of AYUSHMAN BHARAT, we must educate such peoples to take preventive measures and not wait for cure.
